
Delivery, Return/Refund & Other Policies
Free Delivery:
Yum Thai offers free delivery within Dubai International City. No minimum order.
Free delivery outside internet city may take up to 120 minutes based on distance and availability of riders. Minimum order value is AED 80. Customers are encouraged to place the order in advance if free delivery is preferred. At Yum Thai, we are fully committed to deliver food as soon as we can.
Paid Delivery:
Paid delivery outside Dubai Internet City requires a minimum order value of AED 35. Delivery charges may vary based on order amount and distance. Amount will be presented to you at the time of check out.
Refunds:
At Yum Thai authentic street food restaurant, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, there could be instances where human errors occur. We are here to address any such incidents to ensure customer happiness.
Refund method:
Credit card payments will be refunded to the card used at the time of payment. Cash payments will be refunded in cash.
Order cancellation:
Please be informed that the preparation of your order usually begins immediately after your order has been confirmed. Any cancellation must be requested within 5 minutes of ordering. We cannot accept cancellations thereafter. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
Refund and Return Policy includes the following terms:
Wrong item delivered to customer
Kindly inform us as soon as you receive any wrong item from your order receipt. One of our staff will contact you to assess the situation and send you the item you ordered. Any price difference will be added/subtracted as per price mentioned in the menu.
For Credit card payments, you will be refunded for the value of invoice and charged again with new price which includes new item.
For Cash payments, any extra amount will be charged to customer. If value of new item is less than previously delivered item, then difference will be paid back in cash.
Incomplete Delivery
In case of any missing items, please inform us immediately for us to deal with it as quickly as possible. Customer may choose to claim for refund for the value of missing item.
Food Dissatisfaction
We cook our food with premium ingredients in extremely hygienic kitchen. Our chefs are highly experienced in authentic Thai food. Therefore, we are very confident of delivering quality to our customers. However, if customer has a genuine reason, we are ready to replace the food with new but we would need the food returned in its original containers/packing as soon as possible. Our manager will deal with the issue and asses the quality issue. Any refund will be at the discretion of restaurant manager.
Charges:
Any charges incurred for return shipping due to incorrect item delivery will be borne by us.

Please note, while Yum Thai (Yum Zaap Thai Restaurant LLC) tries its best to serve all dishes as per published pictures, it reserves the right to modify presentation, color, ingredients, taste of all dishes sold via online/platforms/phone orders/social media or any other official media without prior notice.
