
Delivery, Return/Refund & Other Policies
Free Delivery:
Yum Thai offers free delivery within Dubai International City with no minimum order requirement.
Delivery outside Dubai International City may take up to 120 minutes, depending on distance and rider availability. The minimum order value for free delivery in these areas is AED 80. Customers are encouraged to place orders in advance if free delivery is preferred. At Yum Thai, we are fully committed to delivering your food as quickly as possible.
Paid Delivery:
Paid delivery outside Dubai International City requires a minimum order value of AED 35. Delivery charges may vary based on the order amount and distance. The applicable charges will be displayed at checkout on our online store.
Refunds:
At Yum Thai, Authentic street food restaurant, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, human errors can occur. We are committed to resolving any issues to ensure customer happiness.
Refund Method:
Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card used at the time of payment. Cash payments will be refunded in cash.
Order Cancellation:
Please note that preparation of your order begins immediately after confirmation. Cancellations must be requested within 5 minutes of placing the order. Cancellations requested after this period will not be accepted. Pre-orders cannot be canceled.
Return & Refund Policy:
Wrong Item Delivered: Please inform us immediately upon receipt if you received the wrong item. Our staff will contact you to assess the situation and arrange for the correct item to be delivered. Any price difference will be adjusted according to the menu prices.
Refund: For credit card payments, the refund will be processed to the original card, and the new order charged accordingly. For cash payments, any additional amount due will be collected, and if the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded in cash.
Incomplete Delivery:
If any items are missing, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue promptly. You may also choose to claim a refund for the value of the missing items.
Food Dissatisfaction:
We prepare our food using premium ingredients in a hygienic environment, and our chefs are highly experienced in authentic Thai cuisine. We are confident in the quality of our dishes. However, if you have a genuine issue, we are happy to replace the food, provided it is returned in its original containers/packaging promptly. Our manager will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution. Refunds are at the discretion of the restaurant management.
Charges:
Any costs incurred for return shipping due to incorrect item delivery will be borne by us.

Please be aware that while Yum Thai (Yum Zaap Thai Restaurant LLC) strives to serve dishes as depicted in our published images, we reserve the right to modify presentation, color, ingredients, and taste of our dishes without prior notice across all platforms, including online, phone orders, social media, or any other official media.
